- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always schedule a consultation to make sure we are a good fit. Consultations are $30 and last about 30 minutes. We will discuss goals, fitness level, your previous experience in the gym, mental/emotional health etc. These questions help me to understand what you need from me and if I’m the best possible match for you on your fitness journey! If we choose to move forward, we will discuss training options, pricing, waivers and what to expect your first session! Reach out to schedule your consultation!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite Program that I offer is my 12 Week Slim Down! This program was to created to teach my clients the basics of fitness and nutrition. I noticed once my clients were confident in their knowledge of the two, they were 90% more likely to continue their fitness journey beyond 12 weeks.
