My services are customized based on your goals, experience level, and the type of support you need. Whether you prefer coaching from the comfort of your own home, online accountability, or working in a private fitness setting, I offer flexible options designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets. My focus is on long-term results through a combination of fitness, nutrition coaching, healthy habits, accountability, and wellness support. I also offer body composition tracking, wellness consultations, fitness app support, and nutrition product guidance to help simplify the process and keep clients on track. I believe improving your health should feel realistic, sustainable, and personalized — not extreme or overwhelming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with getting to know you, your lifestyle, your goals, and the challenges that may have held you back in the past. I believe successful health and fitness coaching should be personalized, realistic, and designed to fit into your everyday life. We begin with an initial consultation where we discuss your current habits, energy levels, nutrition, stress, sleep, exercise history, and overall wellness goals. Depending on your location and program, this may also include body composition tracking, movement assessments, progress photos, or fitness evaluations to establish a clear starting point. From there, I create a customized coaching plan that may include fitness guidance, nutrition coaching, accountability support, habit tracking, wellness recommendations, supplement guidance, and access to my fitness app for workouts and progress tracking. My goal is not just to help clients lose weight or exercise more, but to help them build sustainable habits, improve energy, increase confidence, and create a healthier lifestyle they can maintain long term. Throughout the process, we stay connected through regular check-ins, progress tracking, adjustments, and ongoing support to help keep you motivated and moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and certifications in personal training and exercise nutrition. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients helping them improve their health, lose weight, build strength, increase energy, and create sustainable lifestyle habits. My experience includes working with beginners, busy professionals, older adults, and individuals looking for realistic, long-term results rather than quick fixes. Over the years, I’ve developed a personalized coaching approach that combines fitness, nutrition guidance, accountability, and lifestyle support to help clients succeed in a way that fits their everyday life. I’m passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest research in exercise science, healthy aging, nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness so I can provide the best possible support and guidance to my clients.
