- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by weekly training frequency. Clients who train less times in a week pay a slightly higher rate per session than clients who schedule more sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down for a few minutes to understand what your goals are, why your goals important. I will show you the steps it takes to reach your goals followed by a sample workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and a diploma from the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy.
