Introduction: I have a lot of AVAILABILITY! REALLY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Hello! My name is Tyler Jones. I’m a NESTA certified Personal Trainer. I train out of a gym called BFitKC. This gym is located at 7238 W 151st St Overland Park, KS 66223 United States I have 10 years of experience, with over 1500 professional training sessions. I’m a 2x 1st Place Overall Bodybuilding Champion , in two divisions. As a full time Kanas city , MO firefighter ; I simply have a deep rooted passion for helping others. When I’m not ; on duty serving my community, or helping others change their lives, through fitness. I have the amazing privilege, of being a full time , dad to a beautiful 4 year old girl named Kennedy. RESULTS! My priority is very simple, getting you the desired , RESULTS, based on your specific goal. My approach is very structured, and detail oriented. Everything is designed specifically, for each individuals , specific goal. Meaning there are no copy and paste, cookie cutter plans. I won’t just train you for an hour , then send on your with out a solid plan in place. We focus on all pieces of the puzzle, as they are all equally important. You’ll have a training regiment, in place. These workouts, will keep you progressing on track, for the days of the week, we aren’t training. The workouts are designed specifically for your individual goal. Nutrition is Key! However you don’t ; have to eat the same foods every day or starve, to reach your goal. Learn how to effectively track the appropriate macros, with a variety of nutrient, dense foods. This variety allows , you to stay on track easier , with out getting burnt out from eating the same foods daily. My Nutrition plan I provide, allows you to build your own meals each day, with the proper portion amounts already calculated. We track progress weekly and make the necessary adjustments, to your nutrition as we go. This is a very simple and effective way to stay on track. Nutrition plan and Training Plan , is all included! No extra charge! Agin; me training you for a hour, twice a week, with out all of the proper tools to succeed is , a recipe for failure. Thanks for reading, about me and my services. I’ve waited a couple of months before writing a review. I’ve been training with Tyler for almost 7 months now. I started training three times a week then transitioned to twice a week. I really enjoy the variety & challenges he puts into the sessions. He really pushes you without being too much and his entire plan is mapped out for me has been successful so far. always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. He's focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lifting progressively heavier weights, & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find myself looking forward to my workouts.  I am extremely happy with the way I look, and I haven’t felt this fit or healthy in years! Importantly: -He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. -He’s extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. -He’s always very encouraging, and has vast knowledge of his profession I would recommend Tyler in a heartbeat to anyone looking to improve their fitness and most importantly focus on your diet too.

Working with Tyler has been an absolute joy! I’m 21 years old, I’ve had 2 children, I had lost all my confidence, and I had NO idea how to get my body back. I hardly ever worked out and had no knowledge on fitness at all. So I looked into personal trainers around my area and came across Tyler’s profile and was drawn to all the great reviews he had. I met up with him and wasn’t disappointed. He was very professional and very informative about everything you needed to know. He got me set on a meal and fitness plan with him and I instantly fell in love with the gym and the fitness world. Everyone at Body Shop is amazing. So nice, so helpful, and just so professional. You really feel like you’re part of a family with this group.

I’ve worked with a lot of trainers and Tyler is hands down the best. If you are looking for a trainer who is going to push you and motivate you to be the best version of yourself, Tyler is the guy. He doesn’t let you give up on yourself and that’s what sets him apart from other people I’ve worked with. He listens to your concerns and he works with you to make a plan, he makes working out fun, and he is always by your side cheering you on. You will not regret working with Tyler! My experience becoming buff with Tyler has been a total thrill!! He’s extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do to get your body where you want it both physically and nutritionally. Has a great attitude and loves what he does. I’m extending my 3 month package to a year long one because his training adds value to my hard earned life. Extremely grateful and blessed to have him as a trainer.

    My pricing is based on my experience and knowledge. Also very affordable, and sustainable for a ample amount of time.
