FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, FREE. My services do not cost the client anything. I am paid by the destinations, and travel agent commissions are almost always already factored in to destination pricing. The bottom line is that you won't pay more because you're working with a travel agent - and you very well might pay less, as I apply my skill and experience to ensure that you get the best value for your vacation dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Travel planning is an iterative process. I always start with the client's expressed wants. I'll put together some initial options that I share with the client. And then we refine those options together, until we reach the client's ideal vacation plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete the College of Disney Knowledge online training series annually, to ensure that my knowledge of Disney vacation products and booking procedures are up to date. I've attended the exclusive Disney Earmarked Conference, an invitation-only training conference for top performing Disney agencies and their agents. I've completed CLIA-sponsored cruise industry training. And I complete destination-specific training for every destination I sell.
