While we may speak directly with your insurance company or your insurance company's appointed representative (often an independent claims adjuster), we only discuss damages that are present and the costs associated with repairing them. We are not providing insurance advice nor do we offer any legal advice. Rather, we offer our professional opinion of the construction issues related to damage, so that we can complete the repairs and restore your property to its preloss (prestorm damaged) condition.
