We are disappointed to read this review, particularly because it includes assumptions and comments about our team member’s age, nationality, and immigration status that have nothing to do with his professionalism or ability to perform his job. To clarify what occurred: the representative who visited the property was there to inspect and evaluate the roofing issue. When you expressed concern about his experience, another member of our team contacted you simply to understand what had happened and to see how we could better assist you. During that conversation, you specifically questioned whether our representative was an American citizen and expressed concern about having someone you believed was not a citizen at your property. We respect every customer’s right to decide who they hire. However, we also stand behind our team members and believe they deserve to be treated with the same respect we extend to every homeowner, regardless of their age, accent, nationality, or background. After your concerns were raised, we offered to have the owner personally visit the property because you described the roofing issue as complex. You initially agreed to that appointment and later chose to cancel it. We respected that decision. We take customer concerns seriously, but we also believe reviews should fairly represent what occurred. Our team made multiple efforts to accommodate your concerns and provide another option for evaluating your 90-year-old home and the reported roof leak.
