- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not only do we offer a large variety of services, every job is different so we would need to discuss your job on the phone, or meet in person for an estimate before I can give you an exact price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to see the project site to better understand what our customers want. The first step is to schedule an estimate at a time that works for you so we can discuss your needs in more detail. Once we agree on the services to be provided, we can get to work. The length of time it will take depends greatly on the size of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have combined over 30 yrs. of experience learning the trades from the best contractors in business.
