Kevin is not your corporate trained organizer, who all too often will leave you with "tasks to do" when they leave and you're still as much in a muddleb as before they arrived! When Kevin arrives hope and relief are immediately felt! I know for Kevin has assisted me for over 10 years through several moves and he has helped my children too! He describes himself as having "the organizing gene" in his family. He never takes over, you always feel in charge of the process and confident and relaxed that everything will be neat as a pin when he leaves. And, it is! He never leaves you with more boxes to do because everything is organized as you wish and he removes all trash and takes whatever you don't want to wherever ~ donations, etc. you want it to go, and he will bring you the tax receipt for your donation too! Kevin is genuinely kind and caring, he loves what he does and he will do anything he can to create a neat and tidy, serene, comfortable environment for you when he leaves! Mr. Edwards installed tile floors in my entryway and kitchen, removed old countertops and replaced them with concrete countertops and a concrete bar, and installed a backsplash to the entire lower portion of my kitchen as well as a coordinating tile trim around the bar. I am very pleased with the work he did in my home. His work was professional, affordable, and I would recommend him for any of your home improvement needs.
I have worked with Nanette on several different cleaning jobs in Holton, KS. Usually it would take us any where from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the job. What impressed me the most was how organized she was. She had a routine that helped the work get done more efficiently and in a timely manner. She gave the orders as to what needed done and how. She was very thorough in her work doing an excellent job every time. She was always on time and went right to work and kept a steady pace until she was done. She is a very pleasant, dependable person that you can count on.
