- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 per hr. with an additional hour charged if travel is over 50 miles from zip code 67212. We also offer lighting services included in our pricing. If you are an educational institution, Air Capitol Sound donates back 10% of the total cost to any organization you wish in your school.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any client, first contact is usually by phone or email. After that, we try and discuss everything by phone followed up by a recap in writing(email) just to make sure that there isn't any miscommunication. This includes what the client is wanting from our service such as genres of music, type of DJ, length of event and any other questions or needs the client has. This also then includes Air Capitol Sound's fees, payment schedule(s), arrival times and any paperwork that must be signed and sent back and forth. We truly believe that there is no such thing as too many questions and too much communication. The better the communication, the better the relationship between you, the client, and Air Capitol Sound. Please feel free to ask us any questions that you like at any time and we will be glad to answer them for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Air Capitol Sound is a Recording and Tour Sound Front of House Mix Engineer of 25 years. He has come home and started ACS almost 5 years ago. All of our other DJ's have over 5 years of DJ experience ranging from School Dances to Weddings to Corporate Events and the list goes on. Our DJ's offer the flexibility and adaptability to offer different types of approaches depending upon the clients needs, wishes and event. They can range from very little microphone work to goofy and funny to extremely professional and serious.
