Amy has been my yoga and fitness instructor for the past couple years. It is easy to see her passion for yoga and fitness. She is very knowledgeable with anatomy and providing tips for correct alignment. For yoga, she is good at sequencing and building strength and flexibility. She guides you to breathe slowly through the sun salutations. She breaks down each pose and offers modifications that allow for safe and correct alignment. For fitness, Amy is a good motivator. She pushes you to your limits and you will see results! She switches up the workouts and progresses them to keep challenging your body. She's positively fun to workout with!

Our goal is to facilitate empowerment through yoga, challenging both body and mind and nudging you past what you thought is possible.
I am an RYT 200 with 1000 teaching hours. I specialize in beginners, vinyasa, alignment-based yoga and meditation.
I take time with individuals to allow them to try the pose for their own bodies - each of our bodies are different - the pose may look slightly different for each body.
I teach a variety of classes in health and wellness. I also teach Life Coaching- Financial Planning - Career Coaching. These avenues are great for adults transitioning into new career fields, high school students preparing for college or families attempting to become financially stable.
We offer yoga lessons from beginning to advanced. We also offer internet lessons for the stay-at-home, or the traveler for your convenience. We provide personal direction via email, messenger, or cam (by special arrangement). There are no excuses that you are too busy because we can make a schedule that fits you!
