- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $45 plus parts if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to determine the problem. I explain what I will do. If new parta are needed, we will discuss the price. If my work duedoes not resolve the issue to the customer satisfaction, there is no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have "on the job" experience working on computers at my school.
