FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment is broken up into two payments, half up front to book your program and the other half at the end of the program. Pricing is determined by the amount of time it takes to train the dog, level of training provided during the program, and by the amount of training the trainers provide versus the amount of training required of the owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to meet the family and canine companion. Once I get all of the information I need, I’ll give a training plan recommendation(s) to the family to consider. Once you make your choice of program, I will get you set up and on the schedule as soon as possible. After the dog gets done with the program, there will be a go home session in order to teach the owners how to perform the activities with the dog. There will also be a Go-home packet emailed to the client in order for the family to keep consistent at home and to continue the training provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified through a training program through my last job, as well as a professional member of the IACP and a official dealer of E-collar Technologies.
