They absolutely lived up to their name!!! Landon came to my house quickly after I first contacted the company. He wasted no time diagnosing and communicating the issue, was incredibly easy to schedule the follow up visit with, he went above and beyond to replace my vent system, they cleaned up after themselves very well and finished the work quickly! I am VERY happy with my service and would recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly and personable and really impressed with their work. Took photos before and after of the dryer and dryer vent attachment, of the inside of ventduct, of the inside behind the dryer screen, and also took digital measurements of the airflow before and after cleaning. All of the photos were attached to their work results. He also worked on my duct exhaust which was under my deck through a crawl space. Area was left spotless. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend Dryer Vent Superheroes!! Marcos was the one who came to my house - he was on time, very friendly, and professional!! He inspected my dryer and vent and then told me what was needed and showed me the pictures he took of my vent area- unbelievable how much lint I had. He got right to work and had my dryer ventcleaned out and a new hose replaced! He took after pictures and showed them to me- amazing difference!!!! My clothes now dry in 1 cycle- Im so excited!!! Thanks!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge transparent flat rates for cleaning. If the customer chooses, we have an additional rate to install exterior dryer vent covers and top of the line dryer vent flex hose. If a reroute is in need the technician will discuss pricing with the client based off materials price, install installation difficulty, and labor hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a small franchise based out of Nashville, Tennessee. It is locally owned and operated by my wife and I. The franchise provides on-site technician training that is a week long. It goes over every aspect of the job from start to finish and allowed us the owners and the technicians to go through the training together. To take that a step further we hire technicians with HVAC background so that working with ducts was already a part of their skill set. Every month we have a one day continuing education class that reinforces the education and training of cleaning, installation, rerouting, building, and fire code.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After purchasing a couple rental properties, I noticed one of the most neglected parts of houses that we looked at was the dryer vent duct. In attempt to repair them I found almost no one specialized in the dryer vent and most of the companies that could help had outrageous pricing and long wait times as this was a very back burner service that they offered. Recognizing this, my wife and I decided we should try to offer the service.
