FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on what kind of packages you get through the gym. I teach classes, bootcamps, and semi-personal training. There are also strict one-on-one sessions I train outside FitFactory 24/7. All this can be explained upon the consult and first training session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start slow to test your mobility and exercise history. The first few sessions are a feeling out process to see where you are restrained and where you excel. I never want to put someone in a situation to injure themselves, it never helps anyone. You can't continue to get better and I lose a client, so we make sure to address any problems first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been certified through USA weightlifting and the American Council of Exercise, but both certification have expired and I didn't renew them because it requires and excessive amount of money to be spend at conferences every year. I am always looking for new ways to help clients, from boxing to Olympic lifting, I really want to cover everything. I constantly read and stay as updated as I can on any exercise sciences. Currently I am in school for physical therapy to transition to the next step in my education of the body and how it works.
