General repair and maintenance of appliances, and handyman services. I love the freedom of working for myself, I love the diversity of projects and seeing finished work. Working with many clients provides a fresh look each time a project is finished. That experience is great for me, and helpful when working similar jobs for clients.

Jonathan said I needed a replacement part for my ice maker. Upon installing it, the ice maker failed to work. He returned, stated that he found a different issue, removed the replacement part and instructed me to return it to the manufacturer for a refund. He said that my ice maker just needed to cycle through and that I should have ice in 24-48 hours. Instead, the newly repaired ice maker began to leak water and caused damage to my laminate floor. When I reached back out to Jonathan to tell him about the leak, he never responded to me. He came out to my house three times, I paid him cash like he asked and I have no receipts to show for it. Very disappointing!

I hired Jonathan, assuming he wanted the job (fixing our refrigerator) when he replied. He asked what time I was going to be home over the next two days. I told him we'd be home all day both days, but had evening plans the second day and would have to leave at 4:30. He never got back to me after that to schedule a time. I ended up locating someone else to do the job.
