Oscar inspected our newly built;t home and did a fabulous job. Great attention to detail (i.e., tested every single switch in the entire house) -- provided an exhaustive report of everything found (point by point, with photos) and was on site-on time. Highly recommended!

An excellent, detailed inspection! Our inspector worked with the realitor on both timing and resolution of issues. The discovered issues were well documented, while giving a clear description of what would resolve the issue. I believe the home buyer was given clarity on the home they purchasing. To end this review, the inspection on my house was done as part of the listing. The content of the report gave enough confidence to the home buyer that they did not request their own inspection.

Darren (the owner) is a retired Navy vet and brings that same attention to detail and work ethic to his inspections. If you want to avoid surprises before you sell your home, I highly recommend a pre-market inspection.

Our inspector (Darren) did an awesome job. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable with every aspect of an inspection! Having owned 10 homes in the past and having an inspection performed on each one, I have to say that Darren exceeded all of our expectations and performed the best inspection Ive ever experienced. Further, he went above and beyond and was willing to share his knowledge with me and explained what and why he was inspecting various aspects of our home! I would most certainly highly recommend him as an outstanding inspector and would use his services again.
