Andrew got on top of roof, sealed miter/gutter area and under shingles where wind during July straight line storm raised shingles and water entered house. Great job!! Thank you!!😃🇺🇸

Once meeting with Basset roofing and contracting, I knew I wanted to go with them. Andrew which I believe is the owner of the company came out to inspect my roof for a leak i’ve been dealing with. He went up on my roof and took plenty of pictures to show me all the issues I had and informed me I could file through insurance due to all the wind damage I had. He helped me start the process and communicated with me and the insurance company the entire time. He attended the appointment where my insurance company came out to inspect damage on my behalf since i’m clueless about roofs. Insurance ended up approving my roof along with the interior damage!! Andrew and his crew did an amazing job on my new roof and my kitchen ceiling. I definitely recommend this company, Will use for any future needs.

I guess y’all didn’t want the job. It’s been two weeks since we spoke and said it would be repaired. Contractors need to work on communication and keeping their word. Be up front if a job is too small and not worth your time. Stop ignoring clients though.
