- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to eliminate guesswork and worry: Initial Consultation & Inspection: We start with a thorough, no-cost inspection to assess the current condition of your roof and determine the exact scope of work needed. Detailed Proposal: We present you with a clear, all-inclusive proposal detailing the materials (always GAF), the installation process, warranty options, and transparent pricing. Scheduling & Execution: Once the plan is approved, we handle all necessary permitting and schedule the project. Our team performs the work efficiently, treating your property with respect, and maintaining a clean worksite. Final Walkthrough & Warranty: After completion, we conduct a final inspection with you to ensure your total satisfaction. We then register your exclusive GAF extended warranty, giving you immediate peace of mind.

Our training is second to none. Pinnacle Roofing is one of the less than 2% of contractors nationwide to hold the prestigious GAF Master Elite Contractor certification. This means our team undergoes rigorous, continuous factory training directly from GAF to ensure every installation meets their highest standards for quality and performance. This certification is your assurance that we are experts in the latest roofing technology and best practices.
