My SO/DP/fiancée and I have been taking lessons at Bravo for about a year now. Not only is Alex a great teacher, but the environment has been incredibly supportive. I come from zero background... and my partner and I have been embraced by the group and we have always been met with encouragement and good fellowship. Alex frequently has more patience with me than I have with myself and his observations are always insightful and helpful. I have come to learn that dancing is like driving, we can all learn to drive, though few will be on the NASCAR circuit. Everyone can learn to dance, but no one is perfect and improving is a perpetual quest. Everyone struggles learning something new. If you plan on taking lessons for longer than the 6 weeks or so that it takes to learn a wedding dance (not that there is anything wrong with that...its a valid goal) you realize having people around who appreciate your participation, empathize with your struggle and offer encouragement and suggestions is an essential part of the process. Alex and co have managed to attract a very positive and supportive group of people who make the place, warm, inviting and fun. Highly recommend.

I have studied Dance there for over 10 years and can hardly put into words how much the experience has enhanced my life. Not only is the quality of dance instruction incomparable, the community of extraordinary fellow students that Bravo has attracted to the studio has become like a second family. Learning dance is a joyful, empowering experience and this is absolutely the best place in town to do it!

My experience at Bravo has been far better than words can describe. Because of the skill, community, enthusiasm, and atmosphere that has been provided by the instructors at Bravo, I am now addicted to ballroom dancing! Thank you, Bravo Dance Studio!!! I recommend the Bravo experience to everyone!
