Would recommend Allison's flooring for all your flooring needs. Company is totally run by profesionals and I couldn't be more Satisfied !! Orginally got a quote from Home Depot and they blew their prices out of the water and got a better quality carpet also. Dont be fooled for the chain stores and settle because they are a BIG Company !!! I can now say I have a good flooring guy that will treat me Fair and right !!! Thanks again for the awesome job GUYS !!!

So reached out to Jeremy at Allison's Flooring about job in earlier September only to get a response quite a bit later his account was messing up. Reached out again September 17th and he responded on the 20th he would send someone out for the estimate. They came that night gave a bid and said he would send a written estimate and I told him that night his bid accepted and he said they may start that week or the next for sure and he may even be him doing the job. After not hearing anything I texted him on September 28th to see if he was going to start that week and I had to remind him who I was. He said he would call back that day with a start time. I text him bac October 5th after hearing nothing and he said his tile guy would not do the for the price quoted and was too busy and he had not forgot about me was still working on it. Reached out to Jeremy today October 20th to give him the rundown and even spoke to this Joe guy and they both apologized but said they just can't get anyone to do the work. I explained to both I lot two other contractors that would have taken the job but since I accepted this Joe's bid they backed out now. Joe's response if you had told me you had other bids I would have told you to us them. Jeremy and Joe you know both of you have been informed by me to be upfront and honest about who you work for and what is going on. If you can't gaurantee your promises and be honest about what's going on you need to get out of the business. If you can't deliver don't promise. Apologies are not accepted and do me no good for what you cost a disabled guy.
