What an amazing company to deal with. He was detailed and transparent in his pricing, worked with me on tile placement, grout colors and finishes. Crew was puntual, friendly and tidy. The tool all the precautions to make sure they didn’t get other floors or furniture dirty and cleaned up after themselves after every shift. I didn’t give them 6 stars because it wasn’t an option. If you have a tile job, contact these guys. You won’t be sorry. I can’t wait to get the other items installed.

Don and his helper did a perfect job of replacing a 2'x2' section of rotted hardwood floor with ceramic tile for mounting the toilet. The new tile was flush with the hardwood and very neatly grouted. The job was completed in 3 hours, allowing the plumber to come and the next day and install the new flange and toilet. By expediting the job, PMR Tile made a difficult situation easy. I highly recommend PMR Tile for getting the job done right and on time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to build a rapport by getting the client familiar with who they’re dealing with. Next step, we come out and do an onsite estimate by taking measurements and getting a better idea of the scope of work. If it’s a labor only job we usually just do a 10% deposit *once we’re onsite ready to work. If it’s a job where we’re in charge of getting materials as well then we require a 50% deposit prior to starting. In the event it’s a task that takes a week or longer we do a progress payment which is broken down in 4 quarters. Which requires a 25% deposit.
