- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to build a rapport by getting the client familiar with who they’re dealing with. Next step, we come out and do an onsite estimate by taking measurements and getting a better idea of the scope of work. If it’s a labor only job we usually just do a 10% deposit *once we’re onsite ready to work. If it’s a job where we’re in charge of getting materials as well then we require a 50% deposit prior to starting. In the event it’s a task that takes a week or longer we do a progress payment which is broken down in 4 quarters. Which requires a 25% deposit.
