Introduction: We have successfully helped our clients lose weight, lower their Type II diabetes risk, blood pressure and cholesterol levels by helping them do one thing. We help them develop and build habits around their lifestyle. We don't recommend diets, or other quick fix plans because eventually our habits will override them. I was always afraid of going to a gym but I have found Snap Fitness to be a very welcoming, friendly, encouraging gym. Carl is the best personal trainer. He is very encouraging during my work out sessions, makes adjustments if I struggle doing a certain move, is always positive, and best of all makes it a fun activity I actually look forward to!

I had the best of experiences through PT with Carl at Snap Fitness. He is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to do the research to make sure you receive the best possible training/experience possible when it comes to your workout and diet. I always felt his plan was adopting and evolving to what was best for me. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility in his customer service exceeded my expectations. Carl excels at conversing with you and customers to make you feel like family. The facilities are nice and always kept clean/safe. Even on the busiest days I never felt claustrophobic or as if there were too many people, if that may be of concern to you. If you are seeking advice, training, help, or just want a place to workout this is definitely worth your time and dollar. I recommend all aspects of this place from PT, classes, or just a gym membership without any hesitation.

For anyone looking for a great facility ran by someone who genuinely cares about your experience as well as your personal growth and development I would highly recommend Snap Fitness. Carl was awesome to work with, and is a great guy who is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I cant say enough good things about the professionalism of Carl and his team along with the cleanliness of the facility.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our price includes access to our 24/7 facility for you to workout between sessions because we believe regular fitness should be a part of your lifestyle. All of our programs include nutrition coaching, accountability and support.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We ask each client to complete the Fitness scorecard so we can get an ideal of where to start for your goal. Once we receive your scorecard we can schedule your consultation to learn more about you, your goal, and to determine if we are a fit for you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our coaches are certified personal trainers with ongoing professional and personal development. We focus on habit development because we know that 85% of our daily behaviors are done automatically. Think about your morning routine, or drive to work. How often do you think about your morning routine? Have you ever driven to work or an event that you routinely go to and wondered how did I get here because you don't remember the drive?
