Carl is the BEST fitness trainer I have met, and I have met a few! He's honest, encouraging, and always, always, always. a gentleman!! I have gotten closer to my goals in 2 1/2 months than I have in years of dancing!!! Thank you Carl!!

Doing fitness training with Carl is a fantastic experience. He knows nutrition, physical training, and makes pushing yourself to the limit fun. I couldn't have asked for a better coach and as an added bonus am experiencing steady weight loss.

I started the bootcamp class once a week for a month. After the month was over I noticed a difference in how I was feeling and my flexibility, so I decided to take the class twice a week for the next two months. I've lost weight and my body fat percentage is down. I'm also getting tips on foods to incorporate into lifestyle that will help me increase my weight loss goals.

I didnt know anything about workout until i came to this place, whether building muscle or shedding extra weight, Carl helps you achieve it in a FUN and EFFECTIVE way, boosting your confidence along the way too, i recommend this gym to everyone especially for first timers, for people whos afraid of signing up for a membership in fear of not knowing what to do or what works best for them selves, Carl got you covered!
