We have hired Chris recently and so are just getting to know him. I can say that we appreciate very much how willing Chris is to work with us as far as handing over all of the responsibility of a rental business that we have had for 30 years. He has been just wonderful to understand that it is not easy for us to take this step. I want to say also that Chris rented a house in one week that we have tried to rent for a long time.
