First time hiring a property manager for an investment property. Sheila was very responsive and attentive. She took the time to patiently explain the process, respond questions, met a couple times at the property and her office, was open to make changes to the contract and lease. The actual management piece will start soon as the prop just got rented. So, so far it's been a good experience and I have no doubts that it will go well. Time will tell!
Timeless started managing my property about a year ago. My previous manager had let the properties run down. This year has been difficult for me getting things in order. Chris rented our home in record time. Collections have been timely and all cost of repairs reasonable. An answering machine is his office staff but he always returns the calls in person.
