I've really enjoyed working with Silas, he is very kind and encouraging, he is intentional with my training, he builds a program specifically for my particular body type, he holds me accountable with my eating, he helps me to understand, he's flexible and genuine, I can tell that he wants to see results just as much as I do and I'm very grateful. I can't wait to see the other side of this weight loss journey.
Today I met with Brian and I saw how they take a full body approach to personal training. I feel that they didn't try to push me into anything and they seem like they want to help me. I think I will give this a chance. I see great things at first glance.

I started training with Donna in February 2013. I couldn't get myself on the right fitness/nutrition track and knew I needed someone to help. She went over my diet and started an exercise plan. I saw visible results in 8 weeks and continue to train to maintain my results. She wants me to succeed and keeps me in the right direction. Everyone's results are based on how much you put into it: Donna gives you the plan and you have to stick to it. I'm not sure what I would do without her!

Love going to my workouts, she started slowly and the workouts are getting more intense. I feel better and seem to have more energy than before. I am in this for the long haul to get more core strength back and flexibility. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Coach Kate is personable, knowledgeable and encouraging. She educates you about the whys and wherefores of your training while working with you on technique. She’s enthusiastic, but not overzealous—the perfect balance. I have gained strength and confidence working with her. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.
I had the best of experiences through PT with Carl at Snap Fitness. He is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to do the research to make sure you receive the best possible training/experience possible when it comes to your workout and diet. I always felt his plan was adopting and evolving to what was best for me. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility in his customer service exceeded my expectations. Carl excels at conversing with you and customers to make you feel like family. The facilities are nice and always kept clean/safe. Even on the busiest days I never felt claustrophobic or as if there were too many people, if that may be of concern to you. If you are seeking advice, training, help, or just want a place to workout this is definitely worth your time and dollar. I recommend all aspects of this place from PT, classes, or just a gym membership without any hesitation.
After having two children and feeling very sluggish and unhappy with my body and overall health I made the decision to invest in myself and begin exercising. I began training with Vince Hogue in April of 2012. In that time I’ve achieved personal goals that I never thought possible. I've lost 30 pounds and feel more energetic and happy. We do personal training through kickboxing and circuit training. We do total body workout using light contact kickboxing drills with focus pads. Strength training circuits will be performed during rounds. This will reduce stress, and you will have fun while getting your cardio and strength training workout done.
