- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary by order size, details, and if it needs delivered. Depending on the item I am delivering the fee can also vary as cookies are easier to delivery than cakes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get their contact info & a general idea of what they're looking for to start out. Pictures are best to have when having an idea of what you'd like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
