Our pricing is transparent and based on property size, condition, and service type. We maintain a minimum service rate of $85 to ensure quality work. Larger or overgrown properties, cleanups, and specialty services are quoted accordingly. Discounts may be available for recurring weekly or bi-weekly service plans. Additional fees can apply for hauling, excessive debris, travel outside our standard service area, or same-day/emergency scheduling. All pricing is discussed upfront—no hidden fees.
