FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My costs are based primarily on a hourly conversion, but I also charge flat rates. I have a 15 minute interval cost breakdown for small time management needs, but so far I haven't needed to implement it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk through of the home is conducted, to assess the layout and decor, and listen to the client's opinion of problem areas. I also look for patterns, such as clutter and ask individual questions regarding what kind of outcome the client would like to see happen. Many times by the end of the project I've discovered space resources the client hadn't thought of before, as well as remaining mindful of the ability the family has to maintain the new order on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
