First and foremost I want to say the woman who runs this business is absolutely amazing. My grandmother was turning 75 and was also celebrating being breast cancer free. Flights were extremely expensive so I contacted Ayahuma Events LATE at night inquiring to surprise my grandmother by decorating part of her house with different shades of pink balloons. This is my first time using Thumbtack, and I was extremely nervous. She responded that same night and was able to work with me remotely and give me a quote that same night. My grandmother was so surprised that she cried in the morning and so did I looking at the pictures. Because my grandmother wakes up early, the ballon decoration was done at 5am, and she took pictures to ensure the job was completed! Did I mention I contacted her with only 5 days in advance? Even with the weather being extremely windy, the arrangements were so well put together that my grandmother was able to stick the arrangements to her house towards the end of the day. Thank you so much Ayahuma Events for your professionalism, and kindness. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and deserve every bit of success that comes your way!

I hired them for my baby shower and I was impressed by the quality of the work and how fast they set everything up. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We travel all over the USA, no distance is too far for us. Please be aware that my minimum is currently $375 for any installations in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. This of course will vary depending on dates and location (travel distance) where the event will take place. Anything else besides balloons (backdrops, tables, props, etc) will be extra. Thank you for your support!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have invested on becoming the best in the area, I travel all over the states and have experienced a lot to achieve this goal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business for my kids, so that I am able to manage my time with them being a single mommy
