I was visiting from out of state and my computer would not open Office 365. I called several local repair services from an in line search. Most told me they either dont fix computers or couldnt get to it for several days. Nerds said bring it right in. Two techs looked at it straight away and confirmed my problem. They backed up my files and reloaded Office 365. They called me after three hours fixed. Charge was reasonable. Two weeks later, my computer runs flawlessly. Great service!

I am a student at ULL so my computer is my lifeline. When I came in with it to get repaired they offered a loaner laptop for no extra charge to get me through school while my laptop was being repaired. That alone set them worlds apart any other repair store Ive used in the past. Really nice guys that care about their customers and the quality of their work. Their prices are very fair and the are completely honest with everything. They found a few different parts and options listing time of deliveries as well as different cost. They let me decide what worked best for my wallet and time frame. They check in with you during every step of the process and youre never left in the dark. If I have any electronic issues in the future Ill definitely stop by here first to see if they can help!
