Amazing job was done, showed up to the job and troubles arose and without hesitation solutions were offered then executed. Will definitely be using Infinite AV again

Great experience with Brock. I requested a quote around 4pm and he was able to come out same day around 6pm and hung our 85’ tv within an hour. Definitely will use this service again when we need large items installed or hung.

After being treated poorly by a big box electronics company, Brock responded quickly to my service requests and came out a few hours later. Did a fantastic job hanging a TV (even though the big box store sold me the wrong bracket!). Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using him again.

We had an excellent experience! The owner of Infinite AV Systems is extremely knowledgeable. He thoughtfully installed our outdoor tv on our patio stucco wall in a difficult area with extra care for security and durability. We plan on being repeat customers!!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible and willing to work with customers as best as possible. We will always try to make recommendations that may save the customer money. Our job is to make sure the customer is just as comfortable with the cost as they are in the work performed. If either cost or performance makes a customer uncomfortable then we are not delivering what we need to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat all customers like one would treat their family or friends. Always stay professional and have fun. A man who enjoys his work, never works a day in his life, and his work becomes an art.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training came from being an installation technician. That training solidified as I managed a tech company for the last years. Experience with home entertainment systems has become second nature.
