- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rates for almost everything I do. So if a particular job takes 1 hour or 5 my price is the same. I do this for two reason, the first being that i am very efficient at what i do. The second being, I want to make sure I am providing value to my customers. It's just not reasonable to spend more money repairing a computer than it would cost for a new computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day is an education. Something new comes up every day and I have to use my research skills to track down the right answer to make my clients happy. I got A+ certified through a program at my high school as well as being one of the founders of Technology Academy. A school sponsored organization devoted to understanding technology through education in the south Louisianan area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had a knack for taking things apart and figuring out how they work. It was only a matter of time until I used these talents to help the people around me.
