After speaking with Ms. Sears about our wedding, she was very pleasant, helpful, and has great prices. We decided to use her company for a luncheon before booking the company for the wedding. Ms. Sears was not at the luncheon but we were aware that she would not be on-site. Her staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was exceptional. There was more food than we anticipated for the price we paid. The luncheon menu was Bourbon Chicken, Creole Rice, Roasted Herb Vegetables, and Salad with Creole Honey Mustard which are some of the items that will be on our wedding buffet. Melissa is a talented chief, we had a dinner party of 16 and two of the three dishes was excellent. The vegetarian pasta was not enjoyed. We were to have a server which we paid for but there was an accident and the server was not able to make it. Melissa stepped in and did both roles. We did ask for wine paring recommendations and that was never delivered.
