- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I purchase organic, seasonal fruits and vegetables, humanely raised meat and wild fish from the best purveyors. If my quote is too high, please know I can lower the price per person by using less expensive products.

First, starting with a conversation and taking it from there. With each new customer I create a unique experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From traveling worldwide to culinary destinations, to eating in far corners of the globe, to reading way too many food blogs, to keeping up with food trends and inspiring new chefs.
