As your Wedding Day Coordinator, my job is to ensure that your special day goes smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy every moment! I look forward to working with clients of all faiths and styles. I am proudly LGBTQ+ friendly. In particular, I am committed to keeping my prices reasonable to accommodate budget-conscious clients. As your Day-of Coordinator, I will meet with you prior to your event to understand your vision, and then I will create a detailed day-of timeline. After receiving your vendor contact information, I will coordinate with your vendors regarding day-of logistics. Finally, I will be present for the duration of your event to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible. I am also a licensed officiant. If you are also interested in this service, please ask! Mrs. Heather was so sweet! She made sure our day was special! She made sure we liked everything and made sure it was about us! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mrs. Heather for your officiant! We were upset because we are a LGBT couple & struggled finding a officiant for our wedding, but Mrs. Heather treated us no differently! Thank you for making our big day amazing!!

Heather did a great job officiating my daughters wedding. She answered all our questions promptly up to the wedding Day. She was professional and even traveled a distance to the wedding. I would highly reccomend her .

Words can’t express how amazing Heather is! We hired Heather as our day of coordinator, and We immediately clicked during our initial phone call. Heather constantly checked in during the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was organized and followed my plans exactly! Special praises to Heather, because 3 days before my wedding, I broke my toe. I text Heather to update her and to let her know plans may change. Heather was completely calm and reassured me that my day would still be amazing. I was an emotional wreck, but Heather made me laugh in that moment and it lightened the mood! On the day of the wedding, Heather ran the show like a rockstar! My wife and I ran Heather left and right all day long, but she was always so sweet and understanding. She never complained, and she worked hard the entire time. I even had to check in and make sure she had eaten! We’ve gotten so many compliments about how beautiful the wedding was, and how it ran so smoothly! This was all thanks to Heather! She took care of any issues with vendors, decor, and setup. She also made sure we stuck to the wedding day timeline. It was one of the most amazing days of my life, we had such a great stress free time! A lot of that is thanks to Heather! I truly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator in the Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana areas! Book her!! She’s amazing!
