The person that was sent out came earlier than expected but that was fine with us. He cleaned out the dryer exhaust which looked like it had never been cleaned. It was clogged and the dryer was not drying the clothes. The exhaust was on the patio, which he cleaned up completely after completing his work. He was professional and very personable. Best of all it did not take but about 30 minutes.
