FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients go through a squat assessment test to determine if they have any muscle imbalances that could create future problems, medical history is taken, body measurements and before pictures are collected, goals of the training are outlined. After the information is collected a customized workout program and diet plan are designed with a goal map that will track progress in workouts, diet consistency, body measurements and pictures weekly

In 2010 I started my personal fitness journey by attending ATI college for personal training! My goal was to become a personal trainer and train myself to become a Pro Rugby Player I achieved my goal and it has lead to me training weight gain/lose clients, special needs clients with diabetes, arthritis, and high blood pressure, youth Rugby camps in Denver Co ages 10-15, Rugby under 17 all star team in New Orleans LA, high school football athletes preparing for college football, Rugby players inside of an Olympic development Academy in Ohio, and DARC women's rugby club
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've gained experience working with people in many different categories Youth Athletes to Pro Athletes, male female body toning from 10-25 lbs, obese clients looking to lose 50 to 100 lbs, the most common thing I found was the mentality of the clients that succeeded at obtaining their goals was constantly displaying determination and the reason they made the commitment was always their biggest motivator! They experienced failure but never let failure take their determination away instead it made them try even harder!
