Lou was very easy and thorough in communicating with me regarding my expectations as compared to the limitations he faced in providing me clear, audible Ring Video audio. The audio I needed was spoken in a deep garage and the house was close to a very busy street. Lou tried his best and was able to decipher the audio, but not up to his professional standards. He was not satisfied with the final result. He is a very ethical businessman who ended up charging me nothing because of his high work ethics. I recommend this business wholeheartedly. Patti S.
