- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system for my service. But adjustments can be made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted we discuss menu, pricing and what kind of set up I would need (if I need to bring tables, my cart or burners). Then after we come to an agreement an invoice will be sent out for the deposit (unless it is within 2 weeks of the event, then the invoice is for the full amount). Then a second invoice will be sent out 3 weeks before the event for the balance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
To put it simple. My wife love's nachos so I created a business out of her love for the food.
