- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Literally try to help everyone with pricing. The materials are what cost the most these days. We offer discounts to the elderly , service members , or anyone having financial hardships ! We are honest and respectful, we are a 2 man team that helps everyone ! Honesty is what has gotten us this far, and job after job comes because of how we treat our customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a quick email or phone call , to set up a day to come meet , and to see the work that needs to be completed. Always better in person , for many reasons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years university studying business , 6 years national electrical union education, 2 years Peterson school electrical theory , workmanship , national electrical journeyman preparedness testing
