I scheduled a deep clean for 4-5 hours. Was told all the different things included in the deep clean. The cleaner was there less than 4 hours and barely did a light clean. Skipped the fridge, walls, multiple surfaces, dirt and dust on the floor and more. The company then could not get in touch with the cleaner to even confirm what they actually cleaned while they were here. RED FLAG. The company refunded me part but frankly should have refunded all since I spent over 4 hours cleaning up what they didn’t do! (And the house was not very dirty beforehand- they just didn’t do much at all!)

Hi Nitin, I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. I want to clarify what happened from our side to ensure transparency. You initially requested a flat rate of $180 for your entire home. Since we operate on an hourly basis, I offered our service hourly to make it fair. You also requested that all cleaning be completed in just 3 hours, which unfortunately isn’t enough time to clean your home thoroughly and maintain the quality we promise our clients. Because of this, we decided to cancel the appointment. Our intention was to be fully transparent and avoid rushing the cleaning, which could result in unsatisfactory results. Additionally, we did not have availability this Saturday, and the alternative days you wanted to reschedule were already fully booked. We always strive to communicate clearly and honestly with our clients, and our goal is to provide quality service, not to take advantage of anyone. We hope this clarifies the situation from our perspective
