- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote around the same price but in some instances for different jobs, I am flexible with the prices I quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I am hired, I like to make an appt. to do a free consult so that I can give the client a better idea of how I would be able to help them and give them a feeling of how many hours it would take. When being asked for home organizing projects, it works better to be able to see the scope of the work to be done first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a move manager consultant for four years and I enjoy all phases of working with wonderful clients. It is always so rewarding at the end of a project when you see your client so pleased with the results whether it be staging their furnishings to put the house on the market, helping people move on to a simpler way of life or decluttering and organizing the way they live. It is a very satisfying job.
