I’d reached out to Carla for help with organizing our master closet after a big move. The entire experience was great right from the start- she was very prompt with communication and scheduling a time that worked mutually for us. She was great with listening to what I expected along with giving very useful suggestions on how to utilize the space in the best possible way. She spent a lot of time and effort is making the place look so functional and organized and pretty! She is genuinely passionate about her work and so good at it! Would definitely recommend

My house was very disorganized. Carla had good ideas of where to put things and always asked me how often I used an item so that it was easily available but looked tidy and not cluttered. She has a gift in knowing color and where an item or picture might look good in a room. Carla is a very caring person.

Carla is simply outstanding as a person and for her professional skills. My place was a mess having recently moved in, I had no idea how to move forward and get things organized and in place. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote around the same price but in some instances for different jobs, I am flexible with the prices I quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I am hired, I like to make an appt. to do a free consult so that I can give the client a better idea of how I would be able to help them and give them a feeling of how many hours it would take. When being asked for home organizing projects, it works better to be able to see the scope of the work to be done first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a move manager consultant for four years and I enjoy all phases of working with wonderful clients. It is always so rewarding at the end of a project when you see your client so pleased with the results whether it be staging their furnishings to put the house on the market, helping people move on to a simpler way of life or decluttering and organizing the way they live. It is a very satisfying job.
