We level subfloors prior to installing vinyl planks, and use commercial grade luxury vinyl that comes with 25 year warranty. We can do sanding and refinishing. I hired Robert from www.nationalfloors.com for a sanding job in my home. His level of knowledge only surpassed his professionalism. I ended up having him sand and refinish an old walnut table, as well as refacing my chimney. I plan on hiring him again in the near future to install bamboo in my basement. Great service, punctual and meticulous. Grateful that I found this company.
