He was very transparent about the work he would do and what it would cost, and of course he did a great job with the repairs. He also was very helpful in answering a number of my questions about the work. Finally, Jackson took 'before' and 'after' photos of all the issues/repairs which was really useful. The repairs included repointing the chimney due to cracks, installing new flashing, capping the chimney, sealing between the gutter and roof fascia, replacing broken roof shingles, and installing leaf guards on the gutters. He was able to schedule the project quickly and at a reasonable price."See more
