The Gaither Bros Building Company built me a brand new porch and redid my bathroom and basement. It turned out absolutely perfect and Brian was very communicative and responsive. I will hire them again for any future projects and definitely refer them to anyone else looking to upgrade their living space or place of work/business!

I recently hired Gaither Bros Building to do some renovations at my house. The owner Brian exceeded my expectations and communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I was in the loop with all the details of the project. They left the working area clean and were courteous of our home. I will be in touch with Gaither Bros for future projects whenever they arise, they left me with confidence in their abilities and an awesome looking finished space.

I found Brian very fair and easy to work with. They did a good job remodeling my bathroom and replacing an old deck on the side of my house. I would call Brian again for more work

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small projects like minor repairs, shelf installation or furniture assembly I charge an hourly rate of $75 with a minimum fee of $100 per visit. For larger projects such as bathroom/basement remodeling, new porch/deck, flooring, or multitask jobs, I offer a project-based pricing model.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects that can be completed during our first visit, we'll take care of them right away. These may include tasks like repairing floors, installing shelves, fixing doors, installing knobs and locks, repairing drywall, assembling furniture, and so on. When it comes to larger projects, we'll arrange to meet with you at your location to discuss all the project details. After our consultation, I'll provide you with an estimate for the job. Once we've agreed on the terms, we'll schedule a time to begin the project. Typically, projects that require more than three days to complete will begin within one to two weeks from the initial consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Unrestricted General Contractors License which allows me to pull any type of residential permit in Massachusetts.
I also have my HIC (MA Home Improvement Contractor License)
