Meeting with my client two times during the event month (Does not include consultation and vendor meeting)
Create a detailed event day schedule and vendor list
Confirm with all the vendors during the week of the event
Attend and manage all rehearsals if needed
Hire extra hands to help with set-up and breakdown
Coordinate the event day by consulting and review a checklist with my client along with instructions 24hours prior to event and
Managing all BEO’s (Banquet Event Order) forms managing vendors on the event day, and viewing the set-up and break-down of the event
