Just really bad service - at first it seemed like they were doing what needed to be done which was clear vents but they didn’t they didn’t even reconnect the hose to the dryer nor did they clear out the hose. They said they could charge $300 but would only charge $200 - we had to hire another company to come and fix an apparent blown fuse and redo the vent cleaning work and tape the ducts with heat resistant tape instead of duct tape. Spent another $240 but at least the dryer works now - I tried to contact these guys back to ask for a refund I’d even settle for just half back but haven’t heard from them and don’t anticipate I will.

I hired this company, listed as GTS Chimney but billed under Vee Home Solutions, to repair two leaking chimneys for $2,500. Their estimate included sealing the flashing and filling the voids on the crowns with cement. I really wanted to like and trust them because the technician was very nice and did come out multiple times. However, when I pay for a job, I expect it to actually be completed and done with quality workmanship. The “repair” on the crowns looked like a thin layer of paint — within a few months it chipped off. Under the chipped coating, you can even see moss, which means the crowns were not thoroughly cleaned before product was applied. The same lack of prep is likely true for the flashing seal. They came back and redid it, but the voids were never filled with cement as promised. I’ve since been told the crowns are not sloped properly, causing water to pool on top, there are still chunks of cement missing, and with the products and quality used, I was way overcharged. The address on their estimate does not exist. The phone numbers, address, and emails listed on their websites do not work. When you look up their business names and phone numbers, there is almost no information except very bad Yelp reviews from people with nearly identical experiences. I have the technician’s cell number, but while he reads my texts, he does not respond. This company took $2,500 and left us with incomplete repairs and two chimneys that still leak. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not to be trusted.

The Flashing on the chimney repair and sealing seams on inside flow pipe worked. Our furnace is no longer filling with water. from chimney. Also water leak in nearby light fixture stopped. We have had plenty of rain and snow melt to test the flashing. Good work on chimney will keep our furnace dry.
