Introduction: As a pilates instructor with a background in physical therapy, I have the unique knowledge of how to incorporate spine health and safety into an effective and efficient pilates exercise program.
Trained in the classical style of pilates, I teach both group and private sessions on various apparatuses (mat, reformer, and chair). I have training and experience teaching prenatal pilates, and I offer private sessions for those clients beyond the second trimester of their pregnancy.
Additionally, I teach group ballet barre classes, high-energy classes that consist of both cardio and toning segments to safely and effectively tone and lengthen the entire body!
