As your coach, I will create a safe and confidential space for you to explore your desires, hopes and dreams. I will serve as your support, as you take your Steps Towards Greatness. I provide health and fitness coaching, life coaching and accountability coaching. Together, we can set a solid plan and work towards reaching your goals. We will examine and overcome obstacles, while we create solutions, and applaud your accomplishments! I provide both telephonic and in-person sessions.
