My fees and discounts are reasonable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that needs to be addressed is are there any religious, allergy or dietary restrictions. Once that’s established the next step is to build a new customer profile consisting of the type of service that’s needed along with creating a menu or presenting them with an established menu with a tasting and contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained as a dietary cook and classically trained in fine dining as a gourmet chef. As for my education I hold two degrees. My first degree is a Bachelors in Business Management the second is an Associate Degree in restaurant Operations. I also have Certifications in Allergen Awareness along with a Manager ServSafe.
